The decor here is elegant, from the auburn-stained hardwood floors to the tastefully painted walls. And the place has a real neighbourhood feel, thanks to owner-trainer Ashlee Paterson-Meadus, who leads the clientele through high-energy routines. Other classes include Body Sculpt, resistance training, Pilates, yoga and sculpting ball classes. Personal training sessions make use of a small but complete set of Quantum resistance and cardio equipment.

initiation fee $100, monthly fee $66, six months $425 (with one-year commitment; includes initiation fee).
