This Vancouver-based chain is a different class of fitness outfitter. While Lululemon carries yoga mats ($34–$54) and utilitarian tank tops (about $50), most of the attire is too stylish to be viewed merely as gear. For one thing, no store in Toronto stocks a snazzier array of women’s hoodies ($86)—everything from olive green to white-and-maroon damask prints. Also popular is the Boost jacket—a performance running jacket with headphone cord openings at the pockets and neck, as well as vents for circulation, and stretchy side panels for movement ($158). The store offers a free yoga and Pilates fusion class on Monday (7–8 a.m.) before it opens, as well as yoga on Sunday (9:30–10:30 a.m.). Where: When: M–W 10–6, Th–F 10–7, Sa 10–6, Su 11–6.
