This store specializes in indoor training gear: free weights, stability balls, exercise mats and, most prominently, treadmills and elliptical machines. With 35 stores across Canada, Fitness Depot buys its merchandise in bulk; this enables them to keep prices low year-round, on both mid-line (Pacemaster) and top-flight (Precor) machinery. Whether it’s Boxing Day or deepest summer—a notoriously sluggish time for equipment sales—you’re unlikely to find cardio gear cheaper anywhere else.
