Always on the lookout for goods, owner Julie Yoo gleans some of her treasures from auctions, estate sales and private appointments with collectors. Finds may include Victorian or ’80s glam jewellery and a fabulous cocktail dress. A recent trip turned up a vintage Pucci print dress ($695), Yves Saint Laurent snakeskin ankle booties ($165), and a selection of silk Hermès scarves ($235) in a range of colours and prints. If prices seem high, remember that this stuff is a long way from the jumbled, incense-infused wares of Kensington, and many pieces have been painstakingly repaired.
