Owner Louise Cooper knows her stuff: as a student she studied fashion history; before opening her shop, she spent five years scouring antique shows and estate sales for high-end vintage pieces by the likes of Chanel, Pucci and Balenciaga. Her finds are mostly ’50s and ’60s gems, with some pieces from the ’20s to ’40s, and high-end present day items thrown in—all in impeccable condition. For a glam night out, pick up a floral-patterned silk chiffon Emilio Pucci baby doll dress with an empire waist ($1,595) or a divine ’70s silk chiffon Valentino mini-dress with a sexy corseted waist.
