You won’t find run-of-the-mill facials here: Chi does “personalized alternative aesthetic therapy.” Manager Nikita Lee is enamoured by Eastern methods and philosophies, and it shows in the treatments. Special touches include personalized aromatherapy with essential oils, colour therapy lamps, and expert therapists who know their chakras from their channels. Not only does a Pure Flower Essence body wrap ($82) detoxify and soften the skin, but it also targets internal hormonal or digestive “imbalances.” Book a coveted facial: who knew a session could involve acupressure, nutritional advice, reflexology, and the most thorough extraction this side of the eastern seaboard? Products include an all-natural skin care line called Eminence ($93–$130).
