Benefit, purveyor of ultra-fem cosmetics products, set up its first Canadian bar for brows last year in Holt Renfrew’s beauty department. Although awash in bubble gum pink, the bar-cum-apothecary is ultra-professional. After an assessment, the brow expert reveals a cache of tiny combs and tweezers that remove strays and create shape with precision (facial wax-ing is also available). And fear not unsightly redness; the 20-minute treatment ends with a mini-make-over. Avoid the lunch-hour rush.
