This sweet Dundas West spot is a hair salon of the most classically feminine kind. Which is not to say prissy (check out the funky art), but simply cozy and nice: rather than proving yourself worthy of paying for a three-figure Yorkville trim, come here for a warm welcome, a good chat and a great cut at a reasonable price (half-hour cut, $42; 60‑minute cut, $58). Owners Taraleigh Wallace and Shelley Ring have brought a third stylist, Ashley Brewer, on board; they’ve also diversified with a recently opened nail bar next door.
