After years as the secret weapon of many a well-heeled, well-groomed woman, celeb stylist Bill Angst is finally taking on new clients. The CityLine regular is considered a local treasure by his über-loyal customers, who have been making the pilgrimage to his salon for 19 years. That’s no small tribute, considering it makes its home along one of the scrappiest stretches of Queen Street East. Three impressive turn-of-the-century barber chairs command the front; shampooing and colour are done in back. Cuts for men start at $30 and can go up to $150; colour is $60, highlights $150. Prices for women are $50 to $150 for cuts, $65 to $85 for colour, and $100 to $120 for highlights.
