Touch any garment—from a crewneck sweater to a cashmere coat—and you’ll immediately understand that Marlowe is less about being on trend than producing understated, sophisticated must-haves that will last. The house line, featuring lots of cashmere, is unapologetically minimalist. Tissue-weight cardigans (from $825) and crewnecks (from $645) are considered “second-skin,” whereas a twin-set ($1,300) manages to be slim-fitting without being too tight. New knitwear colours—mango, passion fruit, sugar pink, berry, lavender and kiwi—keep things fresh. A lightweight raincoat in a black cashmere-silk blend ($3,195) is sure to dazzle come spring.
