With its flower-stencilled whitewashed walls and covetable in-house label, this groovy Queen West garden of Canadian-made clothing and accessories is hard to resist. Owner, designer and artist Maihyet Burton has made her store a stylish success by filling the racks with her own line of kitschy and cool vintage-inspired pieces. The signature bits of lace, bright buttons and retro polka-dot prints guarantee that the collection is much more haute than homespun. Update your wardrobe with a cute clutch ($29); a quirky handmade halter with silhouettes of dogs, birds and flowers ($49); or a super sexy tube dress ($110). The Yummy Mummy maternity line (co-designed by Burton and friend Jill Stewart) features a very good selection of fashion-forward separates, as well as a few suits. Also popular is the best-selling Ab-Fab dress ($160), which can be tied in 14 different ways to suit any mood.
