Two boutiques in one, stylist and effervescent it girl Georgia Groom’s Georgie Bolesworth shares this space with her boyfriend’s menswear shop, Model Citizen (page 8). Confused? You won’t be once you start pawing the racks of smart all-Canadian womenswear. Devoted to cool pieces and utterly devoid of anything as pedestrian as a “basic” or a trendy one-season item, this shop is a secret favourite of both art school girls and high-level creative execs. The most popular lines at the store include the simple and chic Mercy; Hyphen, featuring feminine jersey dresses; and body-skimming bias-cut silk offerings from Montreal’s Véronique Miljkovitch. Accessories include chunky and modern bracelets and necklaces ($30–$250) from designer Shannon Hazell.
