This girlie boutique brings eye-batting sass to an old-country section of Polish Roncesvalles. The sunny store is a trove of fetching designers: Toronto’s Dagg and Stacey, Snoflake and House of Spy; and Vancouver’s Tension and Dace. Pieces tend toward the charming and irresistible. For example, a wool wrap coat from Vancouver’s Chulo Pony comes in such fresh colours as coral and melon. “I don’t waste any space on basics,” says owner Cathryn Dajka. “People come here to spice up their wardrobes.” Frock-Head, the store’s newly opened salon, is located downstairs.
