“If it’s in fashion, I will have it,” states owner Erietta Gatos. Seventeen years in business and a devoted clientele say her confidence is well earned. She does big volume in this little space located in the bustling Carrot Common, where fresh shipments arrive weekly, giving customers reason to come back often. Work and play merge with smart separates (think sweet camisoles, curve-hugging cashmere knits, crop pants and young, sassy dresses) from Mexx, Dex and France’s Sinéquanone. This spring, look for feisty Sweet Chemise dresses ($120–$180) and affordable Ça Va de Soi fine knits ($60–$120). Vintage-inspired jewellery from Lisa Brooks ($20–$80) is snapped up immediately.
