Stripes and polka dots abound at this cheerful Lawrence Village shop (there is another location in the Beach). “We’re not really into black,” admits Daphne Nissani about the eight-year-old store she owns with her twin sister, Ofra. Lip-glossed students and young professionals flip through rack upon rack of semi-formal dresses ($60–$120), retro-inspired halter dresses ($60–$120), floral Ts ($30–$35) and deep-V-neck knit tops ($50–$60). Accessories include candy-coloured retro belts, beaded necklaces and bangles, most selling for $10 to $30. Gingham tunics in red or yellow ($40–$60) are new this year.
