This is the giant walk-in closet of Naomi Berkel, the confident 31-year-old who opened shop at the tender age of 24. Monthly buying trips to L.A., Miami and New York ensure stock is fresh. A stack of long- and short-sleeved Ts by Sharon Segal—the scion of department store titan Fred Segal—are snapped up by devoted neighbourhood regulars. Designer denim is big: coveted brands include ultra-wide-leg styles by Dittos and skinny cuts by Seven for all Mankind. Experimentation is encouraged: try on a cashmere knit from Karoo ($195–$325) with a pair of James Perse pants (basic pants and shirts, $65–$175).
