This Queen Street fixture resembles the lobby of a posh hotel—and impeccable service greets customers inside. Custom tailoring is a forte (the ready supply of pins by the large fitting mirror speaks volumes). The house label’s suits and separates—fashioned from fine silks, stretch suiting and satin-backed microfibres, in a range of neutrals and brights—are suitable for day or evening. Spring and summer looks include the Victoria jacket ($735) and the Naomi dress ($495), both featuring satin accents. The eveningwear, designed by owners Derek Price and Tess Roman (as all the clothes are), is consistently striking. The current star is a ribbon and brocade dress, made with embroidered silk, and featuring a sexy halter neckline and an uneven hemline.
