Ready-to-wear collections from Canadian designers Linda Lundström and Joeffer Caoc occupy the first floor of Yorkville’s posh new shop. Lundström’s linen pantsuits are suited to lunching ladies; Caoc’s stretch jersey tops await toned PYTs. The stairs leading to the second floor mark the end of prêt-a-porter and the beginning of haute. An intricately pleated ruby silk gown from Thien Le took four weeks to complete and comes with a $35,000 price tag.
