If you want to make a grand entrance, Brian Bailey knows a thing or two about drama. The designer’s glamorous eveningwear is praised for its royal sweep and elegant lines. The silk taffeta Azar skirt ($895) has a high waist and a ball gown skirt with a train; a silk shantung bubble-skirt shirt-dress ($9) has a V-neck and cowl detail at the back. Though you can buy off the rack, special orders are available.
