Approximately 80 per cent of this 2,000-square-foot store is dedicated to Italian-made suits. Primary labels include Feraud, Versace, Valentino and Corneliani, with a sizable selection of Alexander McQueen. Cuts and colours are conservative and muted; blacks and greys are popular. Pal Zileri dress shirts ($150) are equally elegant. Prices are 30 to 50 per cent less than comparable retailers: a heather grey two-button McQueen suit with pinstripes comes in at $1,100. An expanding casualwear department is also dominated by Italian designers: Corneliani outerwear, and cotton and linen shirts ($150–$295); or laid-back floral-print shirts ($150–$200).
