Dressing Toronto’s establishment since 1951, Perry’s does a brisk trade in locally made house-label suits (from $1,500), and slightly more upmarket items produced by Samuelsohn ($925–$1,350). The most popular option is the made-to-measure suit: choose the fabric, along with such options as an extra pair of trousers or real surgeon’s cuffs (so you can literally roll up your sleeves). Accommodation can also be made for double-breasted jackets and extra-large sizes. Perry’s also creates tailored shirts in two-ply Pima cotton (from $260). Browse business shirts by Perry’s private label ($110–$195), pyjamas by Bonsoir ($225–$295) and Italian sportswear by Paul & Shark ($254–$395).
