Designed to look and feel like an interrogation room, this hushed menswear shop is part of a too-cool-for-school family of boutiques (its brothers are Goodfoot, page 44, and Nomad, page 30). Visitors are greeted by a security desk and surveillance monitors; the caged stockroom shows off high-end streetwear labels, including coveted New York, British and Japanese brands, many of which (such as Huf) were previously unavailable in Toronto. Printed T-shirts will run you $30 to $200, while jackets by Stussy and MHI range from $100 to $1,000.
