Designed to look and feel like an imposing but chic interrogation room, this hushed menswear shop is part of the successful, though slightly too-cool-for-school, family of boutiques (its brothers are Goodfoot, page 58, and Nomad, page 46). The stockroom shows off sophisticated streetwear labels, including coveted New York and Japanese brands, many of which (Huf, for example) were previously unavailable in Toronto. Printed T-shirts range from $35 to $60; fitted jackets by Spiewak sought-after design line Nvsbl Tailors start at $400 and top out at $900.
