This tidy boutique’s owner, Harold Seligman, buys fresh excess stock from labels that include Quickreflex, Lilibleu, 4 You and Manager, then sells it at 40 to 70 per cent off the retail price. On a recent visit, men’s long-sleeved cotton Ts ($20) and women’s Manager stretch denim ($70) were on offer. Egyptian cotton sheets and towels and for the home, along with made-in-Canada Parkhurst sweaters ($30), are also available.
