If you’re a beauty junkie, this makeup mecca—a favourite with beauty editors—is the recipe for a serious lost weekend. Look for lip gloss from Kevyn Aucoin, including Datura (a gold shade) and blue-toned Alurabliss. Owner Franchie Pir recommends combining the two for a beautiful, sparkly finish. Big sellers include anti-aging eye cream by Z. Bigatti; Scentimentals, a botanical diffuser with 12 scents; and Ole Henriksen, a line by the Danish “facialist to the stars.” In hair care, look for boar’s bristle brushes from Mason Pearson. Pir is most famous for skilful brow tending: first appointments start at $58, maintenance from $48.
