Follow your nose to this aromatic and earth-friendly bath-time emporium. Bar soaps, arranged like giant multicoloured wheels of cheese, are sliced and sold by weight—limited packaging makes these natural products as good for your skin as they are for the planet. Best-sellers include Sexy Peel (100 g, $5.25), a bright yellow bar soap made from grapefruit, lemon and lime peels; and Honey I Washed the Kids (100 g, $7.95), a caramel-scented bar. Hippy folk flock to the Aromaco natural deodorant bar (100 g, $6.25), made with witch hazel and enough patchouli oil to summon the spirit of Jerry Garcia, as well as the numerous vegan options (which account for 74 per cent of the products). For those who are a little more glam than grunge, Candy Fluff dusting powder (100 g, $10.95) is loaded with glitter.
