Pop culture explodes in this witty, wacky and wonderful housewares and fashion accessories shop, where baby Ts made from soy read “iPoo’d” and liquid hand cleanser is labelled “Wash away your sins.” Owners Rowley Ocampo and Blake Ellies own up to the gag quotient, but for every Clocky alarm on wheels ($64.95) there’s an Artemide lamp or Alessi serving tray. Watches are a highlight: go for deluxe Dolce & Gabbana ($150–$550) or architectural Philippe Starck for Fossil ($70–$250). Local labels Greenshag (clever cufflinks), Lug from the U.S. (quilted bags) and Icerok (affordable baubles) get good real estate. Crystal-encrusted purse hooks are a must ($16.95–$29.95). Bring on the tchotchkes!
