Antique display cases are fitting stages for the vintage-inspired bijoux on offer at this pretty pink boutique. Many pieces are one of a kind, but all are handmade, some by shop owner Christine Papadakos, others sourced from artisans near and far. Deep, dark and lovely, an intricate burnished brass chain ($250) that reaches the belly button blooms with glass daisies made from vintage stones, while a lengthy chain studded with zebra jasper and unakite beads ($350) is tactile and organic. Crystals from the 1950s, worked into elaborate cuff bracelets, earrings and cocktail rings (all $75 and up), manage to look perfectly retro and fantastically modern at the same time: it all depends on what you’re wearing. Brides seeking an alternative to the usual demure pearls can have a custom piece made in about two weeks.
