If Chuck Bass headed up to Hogtown, this dandyish trove of accessories would surely make his itinerary. Packed with hard-to-find European labels, Balisi offers fabulous shoes, belts and, of course, bow ties. Pick up a pretty patent-leather clutch ($35) to jazz up a LBD, but it would be best to get the dress elsewhere; the clothing selection is only so-so. Don’t be surprised to hear an assistant pipe up if something looks less than amazing; a Q&A on styling skills is part of the hiring process.
