Your best bet for simple, no-frills folding chairs and tables, basic linens in white and assorted solid colours, plain flatware, and stainless steel coffee urns. Working with event planners as well as enterprising hosts, the team puts together events from the ground up, renting out everything from tables ($10–$20) and chairs ($1.30–$3) to soup bowls (30 cents) and party tents (from $100). Feeling lucky? Alamo also rents all the necessary accoutrements for a casino night. Service includes site planning, delivery and pickup, set-up and tear-down, as well as lighting, floral and catering referrals where needed.
