Owner Justina Flores—whose last name quite appropriately means “flowers” in Spanish—has access to hundreds of varieties and colours, and can fulfill just about any floral fantasy (centrepieces start at $55). Rose shades include chartreuse, tangerine, green (yes, green roses), mauve, pale yellow and traditional wedding white. Flores uses complementary styles and colours, in particular, calla lilies, freesia and peonies. Hand-tied bowl arrangements featuring two-dozen roses start at $60.
