Oakville designer Frank Rea is a veteran of turning heads with his very bold and sophisticated designs, which have glammed up film festival galas and beautified the windows at Holt Renfrew. At Forget Me Not Flowers, the difference is in the details. When creating his arrangements, Rea considers the big aesthetic picture: the china and silverware provided by the caterers, the lighting in the venue, the colour of the curtains in the banquet hall. His 20,000-square-foot warehouse holds everything necessary to add drama to your soirée: crystal chandeliers, custom-designed candelabras and urns—all available to rent. As for the flowers, look for such varieties as orchids, Ecuadorean roses and exotic foliage; side table arrangements start at $75.
