More than just a florist, Elizabeth Munro helps clients choose matching linens, candles and assorted props for events. A favourite of Soulpepper and the Canadian Opera Company, Munro does architectural arrangements, but is best known for her lush, full-flowered look. In spring, that might mean lilacs, peonies and lilies of the valley; in winter, lots of drama and texture driven by roses, berries, greens and such flowers as hydrangeas and calla lilies. Small hostess bouquets start at just $30.
