S&S couples dramatic decor with a dramatic menu: a starter of miniature parmesan cups with a lemon and goat cheese filling, for example, followed by pan-roasted lake trout with orange fennel froth and a scallion marmalade, aside a large mushroom-stuffed agnolotti.
