Style and content are inseparable, and Stuart & Saladino is living proof: the food, courtesy of chef Hani Ben-Shabat, is both elegant and multicultural; the decor, by founder Barbara Stuart-Peterson, is equally stylish. S&S couples dramatic decor with a dramatic menu—a starter of honey-seared sea scallops on a mango and chili timbale, for example, followed by pan-roasted lake trout with orange fennel froth and a scallion marmalade, aside an oversized mushroom-stuffed agnolotti.
How much:
Dinner from $65 per person, plus wait staff and chef’s charges
