Specializing in high-end, intimate events (50 guests maximum), food is always cutting edge, and party themes resolutely up to date. Menus are carefully customized to reflect the chosen theme and personal taste, as well as any dietary and cultural restrictions. Sit-down meals may include foie gras poached in Chinese black vinegar and cured squab breast, followed by spiced Asian pear tarte tatin and preserved kumquat; or butter-poached lobster and soft poached-egg ravioli with crème fraîche and trout roe in a nori emulsion.
