Dainty crustless pinwheel and finger sandwiches (with fillings that are as pretty as they are tasty) are appropriate fare for girlish gatherings, birthday parties or boardroom meetings. Intriguing savouries include brie and fig preserve, and cream cheese with cherries. Clients may opt to bring in their own antique serving platters, which will be artfully arranged and garnished with fresh flowers. Hearty grilled veggie wraps, multi-grain buns piled high with roast beef and caramelized onion, fresh salads, fruit trays, and home-baked sweets are a welcome change from standard office catering. Order two or three days ahead.
