For kosher catering and menus accommodating special dietary requirements, GMB—which has two separate kitchens, one for meat and one for dairy—does the job with flair, whether it’s a casual lunch or a formal dinner. Appetizers start things off with grilled tuna on a ginger rice cake with wasabi dressing or a five-spice duck and papaya won ton cup. In mains, options include skillet-seared Cornish hen on sweet pea risotto; a fresh fish trio with Mediterranean couscous; and dijon-crusted beef filet with port sauce. Desserts range from marbleized chocolate teacups filled with chocolate mousse and fresh berries to chocolate-mocha soufflé served with almond butter crunch. New this year is a Simply Kosher line of products, derived from GMB’s menus and available in select retail stores, including Pusateri’s.
