Fat Cat Catering

Chef and proprietor of mothership Fat Cat Bistro, Mathew Sutherland supervises all events and personally attends whenever possible. Avoiding traditional pre-set menus and typical catering dishes, Sutherland deals directly with farmers to ensure fresh, seasonal and organic ingredients. In general, Fat Cat offers five- and seven-course tasting menus (with or without wine pairings); both modest gatherings (a cocktail party for 60, say) and large events (a 500-person corporate shindig in Muskoka) can be accommodated. Should you require a venue, Fat Cat can also play host, either in the bistro or at its wine bar on Roncesvalles.
