The catering package may showcase 80 pages of possible culinary choices—from traditional to contemporary modern cuisine and decor—but the chefs will tailor menus to suit every client. The team can feed up to 2,000, though small-scale events are welcome. Also available are event planning services, including valet parking, invitations, decor, audiovisual elements, transportation and specialty staffing.
- How much:
- buffet dinner $28–$50 per person; sit-down dinner $35–$120; plus wait staff and chef’s charges.
