As the name suggests, there are tarts galore for sale at this cozy Roncesvalles shop—20 varieties on display, with a rotation of more than 50, to be precise. The best-seller is the Snickers tart, a decadent confection of peanuts, chocolate and caramel. All of the tarts are made using seasonal ingredients. Homemade quiche are an in-store staple and, once thawed, need only 15 minutes in the oven. Owner Stephanie Pick and her crew can churn out orders of up to 200 tarts for any party.
