These goodies have reached near-legendary status city-wide, sold in more than 500 restaurants and premium grocers— including Dufflet Rosenberg’s own three shops (the newest opened in the Beach in June 2007). Rosenberg attributes her success to consistency and quality. “Our products are classics,” she says. Cake and torte varieties include chocolate fudge, golden cake with strawberries, mocha butter cream, cappuccino dacquoise and raspberry vanilla charlotte. Choose from dozens of wedding and celebration cake designs, or place a custom order. For your sweet table, try walnut brownies, Kahlúa toffee bars, date squares, mini-cupcakes and petits fours. Add pies and tarts (full-size or mini) in flavours such as key lime, French apple raspberry, and chocolate pecan. Special seasonal treats include Thanksgiving pumpkin pie, yule logs, Valentines truffles, and Father’s Day fudge cake.
