Bonnie Gordon Cakes

  • 416-440-0333
The doyenne of cake baking, Bonnie Gordon focuses on teaching you how to make one. Launched in 2005, the school of cake design is expanding rapidly. Gordon shares her secrets for baking, decorating, sugar work, and gum paste flowers, not to mention her tips on sculpture and aesthetics. And a Bonnie Gordon cake is no ordinary confection. Past works have included a shimmering tiered creation inspired by a bride’s silk wedding sari, and a cake for a Turkish wedding that was decorated with elaborate Ottoman motifs. Though Gordon is no longer taking orders herself, her students are picking up the slack—she refers clients to some of her graduates.
