Gleaming bamboo floors and a red ceiling add hints of modern funk to this intimate, candlelit lounge, decorated with creamy couches, sheer curtains and an aluminum bar. DJs drop hip-swivelling hip hop, R&B and soulful house Thursday through Saturday to keep the small dance floor sweating, while Sunday brings adrenalin-pumping drum and bass. Dudes get down in Samuel L. Jackson–inspired Kangols and flat-peaked baseball hats, while the girls do their thing in skinny designer jeans and kitten heels. Cover up to $15.
