A 19th-century converted courthouse, this popular nightclub is now a jazz venue that boasts a sophisticated setting. With four fireplaces, clusters of cozy sofas and lots of dimly lit corners, it’s possible to have an intimate conversation here. Upstairs, the cozy VIP access–only mezzanine level overlooks intimate candlelit tables, where a casual menu ($11–$16) is served. Three separate bars are well-stocked with dishy bartenders, who serve plenty of two-ounce martinis ($11–$16), and bottles of Stella Artois and Heineken ($6.50). Cover $10 and up.
