Not exactly what you’d call cozy, this cavernous club in the Queens Quay area is part of the Guvernment Entertainment Complex (it’s one of seven rooms and two patios). And anything that calls itself a complex is bound to have a corporate feel. Nevertheless, it pushes all the right buttons for professional clubbers with its roster of visiting big-name DJs and bands; multiple backlit bars and groovy light fixtures give it a proper clubby vibe. Kool Haus also doubles as a decent, if huge, warehouse-like concert venue. Cover varies.
