Hyde Lounge

This swanky lounge, hidden away in the alley behind Rodney’s Oyster Bar, attracts a mix of teetering glamazons in sparkly party tops, french-cuffed Bay Street types and fedora-sporting scenesters. Inside, crimson wallpaper, sleek mahogany-hued banquettes and intimate floral paintings lend a sultry vibe to the minimalist brick-and-beam space. Pumping house music encourages conversation through body language and nimble, booty-shaking dance moves. Backlit displays of glowing Grey Goose and tables reserved for bottle service strongly discourage frugality. Cover $10–$20.
