Preppy rock hounds don their blackest attire to mingle with genuine kohl-eyed goths at this dimly lit Queen West institution. On Pleasure Victim Fridays, the crowd gets down on the massive dance floor to trendy electro-dance, as well as the requisite Nirvana, Marilyn Manson and Nine Inch Nails. Pool tables, dingy couches, and a speared fence dappled with red paint provide alternate settings for downing beer and chatting up your favourite raven-haired cutie. Metal sculptures of centaurs, bats and avenging angels intensify the enigmatic vibe. Cover up to $5.
