A beguiling spot, Sutra features shadowy booths, shimmering bead curtains and hip music. The drinks are tempting, too: mojitos, martinis, piña coladas and a handful of cocktails served in coconut shells. It may well be the skinniest bar in the city, but that only adds to the charm.
