The Reservoir Lounge

On weekdays, this club is a taste of the Big Easy in the Big Smoke. Regulars are music aficionados who appreciate the live swing jazz, jump blues and boogie-woogie. Such celebrities as Tom Jones, Matt Dusk and Michael Bublé have dropped by after their own shows to belt out a tune or two. On weekends, the suburban crowd descends en masse. Limited seating means you’d better come early—and order dinner—if you want a table. The kitchen serves up thin-crust pizzas ($14.50–$15.50) and tapas plates that include crab cakes and lemon grass chicken. But save your calories for the better-than-average cocktails. The divine Papa Mojito ($11.25) hits just the right minty note. Cover $5–$10 Tuesday to Sunday; Monday PWYC.
