The clientele at this velvet rope swankfest—mostly a business crowd—is decked out in Manolos or outfitted in Zegna. Slim and flawless serving staff proffer a full menu (pasta, pizza, steaks) and cocktails; patrons chill out on black leather sofas or perch on bar stools. The latter make the perfect vantage point from which to admire the Lobby gallery, which hosts a series of photographs of celebrities. The Champagne Lounge, a private party area, reeks of exclusivity.
