Back in the heyday of bars with one-word names, this Bay Street spot stood out as the perfect specimen; sleek but friendly, trendy but not hipper than thou. Thankfully, it hasn’t changed much. You still don’t go to Jump for anything as lively as its name suggests. It’s all about a soft landing at the end of a hard day: happy kvetching and easing the wounds of office politics with a beautifully mixed cocktail (try the Berry Bliss, with vodka-infused fruit juice).
